omg, you guys, i just heard about the most hilarious mod for fallout: new vegas. basically, someone took the ps3 version of the game and turned it into a weapon that you can use in the pc version. i know, it sounds weird, but hear me out. this mod is actually really detailed - it's a perfect replica of the "greatest hits" ultimate edition box for the ps3, complete with the blurb on the back and all the info boxes.



i have to admit, when i first heard about this mod, i thought it was going to be some kind of attempt to make the pc version of the game more like the ps3 port. you know, with all the bugs and framerate issues that came with it. but nope, it's actually just a fun little easter egg that you can use to punch people with. and if you've got the wild wasteland perk, it's even got a chance to insta-kill anyone you hit with it.



i love how much work went into creating this mod, and the fact that it's just a big joke is amazing to me. i mean, who wouldn't want to hit people with a ps3 game box in fallout: new vegas? it's just so silly and fun. and the best part is, you can download the mod for free from the new vegas or fallout 3 nexus, so you can try it out for yourself.
