so, you know how some mmos just can't seem to catch a break? well, eve online is definitely not one of them. despite being 22 years old, it's still managing to attract a ton of new players, which is pretty wild if you ask me. i mean, what's the secret to its success? is it the whole space thing? because, let's be real, space can be super intimidating, but also kinda awesome.

i've been hearing some pretty cool things about eve online lately, like how it now has excel integration, which sounds super random but also kinda genius. i mean, who wouldn't want to be able to crunch numbers and navigate space at the same time? and, apparently, the game is also playable in your web browser now, which is a total game changer. i'm all about convenience, so being able to play from basically anywhere is a major plus in my book.

but, what's really got me excited is all the new stuff that's been happening with eve online. like, did you know that it just celebrated its 20th birthday with not one, but two new expansions? that's a whole lot of new content, and i am here for it. and, let's not forget about the whole doctor who crossover event, where you get to fight daleks - i mean, what's not to love about that? it's like the ultimate mashup of sci-fi goodness.

anyway, it looks like the developers of eve online, ccp, are making some big changes behind the scenes too. apparently, they're breaking away from pearl abyss and teaming up with google deepmind for some kind of research partnership. i'm not entirely sure what that means, but it sounds like it could be pretty interesting.Read more: Full article on www.eurogamer.net
