omg, you guys, have you heard about the latest fortnite drama? so, epic games is giving refunds for those d4vd cosmetics after the singer got charged with murder. i'm still trying to process how crazy this whole thing is. apparently, players can request refunds by contacting fortnite support, which is pretty cool of epic.

i have to admit, i had no idea who d4vd was until this whole thing went down. apparently, he's a 21-year-old american singer who's had some songs featured in fortnite as jam tracks. but, like, who cares about that now? the fact that he's been charged with murdering a 14-year-old girl is just horrific. i don't even want to think about it, but i guess it's good that epic is taking steps to distance themselves from him.

so, if you're one of the people who bought the "d4vd's locker bundle" back in april, you can now get a refund. i'm not sure how many people are going to take them up on this offer, but i think it's a good move on epic's part. they've done this kind of thing before, like when they pulled that peacemaker emote last year, but this is definitely a more serious situation.

fortnite is available on pretty much every platform under the sun, from android and ios to ps5 and xbox series x/s. preorders are available at major retailers, not that you need to preorder or anything. anyway, i'm just curious to see how this whole thing plays out. will epic be removing all d4vd-related content from the game, or just the cosmetics? and what about the songs he's had featured in the game? i guess we'll just have to waitRead more: Full article on www.rockpapershotgun.com
