hey guys, you know how sometimes you play a game and it feels like something's missing? like, it's trying to be one thing, but it's actually something entirely different? that's kinda what happened with 007 first light, and i just found out some pretty interesting info about it. apparently, the devs, io interactive, had some big plans for the game that never really panned out.

i mean, can you imagine a james bond game that's all about the ensemble, not just bond himself? it sounds like it would've been so cool, with a whole cast of characters and storylines. but, as it turns out, that's not really what we got. instead, we got a pretty standard bond game, with some awesome moments, but also some serious flaws. and it's not like io interactive didn't try, they just made some promises they couldn't keep, you know?

so, if you're like me and you were a bit disappointed with 007 first light, you might be interested to know that there are some walkthroughs out there that can help you get the most out of the game. i mean, there are guides for the training sequence, and for all the different levels, like "the past never dies" and "all the time in the world". and, if you're a completionist, you can even find lists of all the card locations, intel locations, legacy locations, and memento locations. it's pretty cool, and it's definitely helping me appreciate the game more.
