omg, you guys, have you heard about the latest update for dragon's dogma 2? it's kinda crazy - they're giving out an infinite fast travel item, just like that. i mean, i get it, the fast travel system was a bit of a pain, but still, it feels like they're just handing out freebies now.

so, basically, if you talk to this guy brant during the seat of the sovran quest, you'll get an eternal ferrystone, which lets you fast travel from the map without having to deal with all the hassle. and it's not just that - they're also adding more portcrystals in various locations, like melve and the volcanic island camp. it's all pretty cool, but at the same time, it feels like they're making the game a bit too easy.

i'm not sure how i feel about this update, to be honest. on the one hand, it's nice to have a more convenient fast travel system, but on the other hand, it feels like they're taking away some of the challenge and immersion of the game. i mean, part of the fun of dragon's dogma 2 is exploring the world and dealing with all the obstacles, right? but i guess that's just me - a lot of people were complaining about the fast travel system, so maybe this is a good thing.
