omg, you guys, i just found out about this amazing mod for crimson desert that lets you create your own female character - basically, a gender-swapped version of the main protagonist, kliff. i mean, don't get me wrong, kliff is fine, i guess, but he's just so... bland. like, i want to play as someone with a bit more personality, you know?



anyway, this mod is courtesy of a talented modder named khione95, and it's available on nexus mods. with this mod, you can choose from a range of hairstyles and face presets (which are hilariously labeled as "beards" in the ui) and even adjust most of the available armor sets to fit your new female character. it's still a bit rough around the edges, though - some of the face presets don't quite look right, and your character will still be using kliff's default animations.



i think it's really cool that the modder is planning to release a male version of the character creator mod soon, so everyone can get in on the customization action. they're also working on adding more customization options and even the ability to play as different races, like orcs and goblins. that sounds like so much fun to me - i love playing around with character customization in games, and it's always a bonus when you can make your character look really unique.
