omg, you guys, crazy taxi is back! well, not exactly back yet, but it's coming, and i am so down. the new game, crazy taxi world tour, has just been announced, and i'm already imagining the chaos and fun that's going to ensue. it's been a bit of a wild ride for sega fans lately, with some classic games getting delisted from virtual stores, but it seems like the company is still committed to bringing back some of our favorite old-school titles.

so, what can we expect from crazy taxi world tour? from what i've heard, it's going to be an open-world, massively multiplayer game, which sounds like a total blast. i mean, who wouldn't want to cruise around a virtual city, picking up passengers and causing general mayhem with their friends? it's also supposed to be a pretty big-budget game, which hopefully means it'll have all the polish and excitement we've come to expect from sega.

i have to say, though, that i'm a bit concerned about some of the other news that's been coming out of sega lately. apparently, they're delisting a bunch of classic games, including some of my personal favorites like jet set radio and the original crazy taxi. it's not all bad news, though - the original creators of jet set radio are supposed to be involved with the new game, which gives me some hope that it'll still have that same old magic.

preorders are available at major retailers, and while we don't have a specific release date yet, i'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll be soon. one thing that's got me a bit puzzled is that sega seems to be using some kind of ai thingy to generate content for the gameRead more: Full article on www.eurogamer.net
