oh my gosh, you guys - have you heard about windrose? it's this crazy cool pirate survival game that's been making waves on steam, and i am so here for it. the devs just announced that it's coming out on april 14, which is literally next week, and i'm beyond excited. i mean, who doesn't love a good pirate game, right?

so, windrose is all about building, crafting, and surviving in this alternate history age of piracy. it's got procedurally generated biomes, hand-crafted dungeons, and quests - and you can play it solo or with up to four friends, which is totally my jam. i love co-op games, and this one sounds like it's going to be so much fun. plus, the visuals look amazing, with a more realistic style that's going to make you feel like you're really there, sailing the high seas and battling scurvy dogs.

i've been hearing that windrose is kind of like sea of thieves, but with more intense combat and exploration - and that sounds amazing to me. i mean, who doesn't love a good pirate battle? and with resources to gather, bases to build, and a settlement to grow, it sounds like there's going to be plenty to keep you busy. the devs have been working hard on this game, and it shows - they even delayed the release a bit to make sure it was just right, and now it's finally ready to set sail.

apparently, a bunch of people have already added windrose to their steam wishlists - over 1.5 million, to be exact, which is just crazy. if you're one of the few who hasn't checked it out yet, you can still add it to your listRead more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
