so i just heard that bethesda is finally owning up to the whole starfield ps5 crashing issue - you know, the one where the game just straight up freezes if you're using those fancy enhanced settings. i mean, it's about time, right? i've seen so many people complaining about this online, and it's pretty frustrating when you're in the middle of a gaming session and your console just decides to quit on you.

anyway, bethesda says they're working on a hotfix to sort out these crashes, which is great news for all the ps5 players out there who've been dealing with this nonsense. i'm not a ps5 owner myself, but i've got friends who are, and they're always talking about how annoying these glitches are. apparently, the game's been selling pretty well on ps5, too - around 140,000 copies in just a week, which is pretty impressive.

but despite those decent sales, there are still a lot of people who are super unhappy with the state of the game on ps5. i've seen some posts from players who are literally asking for refunds because the game's just too buggy and glitchy to play. that's pretty sad, because i've heard that starfield's actually a really cool game when it's working properly. preorders are available at major retailers, so if you're still interested in checking it out, you can do that - just maybe wait until they iron out some of these issues.
