omg, you guys, there's a new update out for assassin's creed black flag resynced and it's fixing some things that were super annoying. like, have you ever noticed that edward's blowpipe just kinda... hangs out on his back all the time? well, now you can hide it if you think it's ruining his outfit.



i'm low-key excited about this update, which is live as of august 4th. it's not just about the blowpipe, though - there are some actual gameplay changes too. for example, the game will now autosave more often, so if something goes wrong, you'll have more options for reloading. and, apparently, there was an issue with pc cutscenes being stuck at 30 fps if you changed your graphics settings, but that's fixed now too.



one of the weirder things about this update is that it adds a tutorial for throwing money to distract guards. i mean, i guess it's nice that they're including it now, but it's kinda funny that it wasn't there before. like, were people just supposed to magically know how to throw cash at guards? anyway, it's in the game now, so that's a thing. and, oh yeah, edward can also put his hood up while doing a leap of faith, which is just a cool little touch.
