so, you guys know how there's been a ton of drama surrounding palworld, right? like, nintendo's been suing them for ages, and yet they still managed to sell a crazy amount of copies. anyway, the wait is finally over - palworld has officially hit 1.0, and i am so down to dive in and check it out.

i've been following the devs, pocketpair, for a bit now, and i have to say, they're pretty cool. not only are they working on a bunch of new content for palworld, but they're also making their own farming sim game, kinda like stardew valley, but with pals instead of crops. and, fun fact, they're super against using generative ai in games, which i think is really interesting. they're all about keeping things original and unique.

now, about that 1.0 update - apparently, it's going to be huge, with a ton of new features and content. and, of course, there's the whole terraria collab, which i'm still a bit skeptical about. i mean, it's cool that they're working together, but i'm not sure how it's all going to fit together. still, i'm excited to see what they come up with. and, as a side note, preorders are available at major retailers, so if you're interested, you can grab a copy.
