omg, you guys, i am so stoked to share this news with you all - one of my fave indie rpgs, dread delusion, has finally gotten its verified badge on steam deck after like, three years of running kinda poorly on it. i mean, i've been waiting for this moment for ages, and i'm thrilled that i can now play it smoothly on my steam deck.

so, for those who don't know, dread delusion is this amazing first-person, mini open-world rpg that i just can't get enough of. the game has had its fair share of performance issues on steam deck in the past, but it seems like the latest update has fixed all that. apparently, the dev team, lovely hellplace, brought over some fixes and improvements from the recent console release, and it's made a huge difference. i'm talking rock-solid 60 fps, people, and it's a total game-changer.

i have to admit, i was a bit skeptical at first, especially since i'd tried playing it on my steam deck before and it was just a mess. but, after the april 15 patch, i decided to give it another shot, and i'm so glad i did. the performance is now super smooth, and i can even play it for over four hours without worrying about my battery dying. that's, like, a total win in my book.

i'm also loving the fact that the dev team is already working on a follow-up game, entropy, which looks like it's going to be a total jrpg-style masterpiece. it's going to build on the same art style and presentation that made dread delusion so unique, and i am here. for. it. if you haven't checked out dread delRead more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
