i just started playing grim dawn, an action rpg that's been around for like 10 years now, and i'm honestly surprised by how much i'm enjoying it. i mean, i've heard people rave about it for ages, but i never thought it'd be my thing. the new expansion, fangs of asterkarn, is what really drew me in - it's added some awesome quality-of-life features that make the game feel way more modern than it actually is.

one of the things that's really won me over is the addition of wasd movement support. i know it sounds like a small thing, but as someone who's used to playing games like path of exile, it's a total game-changer. it feels so natural and intuitive, and it's crazy to think that it wasn't always a part of the game. the devs have done a great job of keeping grim dawn feeling fresh, even after all these years.

i started out playing as an occultist, which was...interesting. i thought i'd be casting spells and summoning monsters, but instead i found myself shooting rifles at everything in sight. it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. but then i discovered the berserker class, which is part of the new expansion, and oh man - it's a total blast. you can transform into a werewolf and just tear through monsters like they're paper. it's so much fun, and it's totally changed the way i play the game.

but the real pièce de résistance is the crow wizard thing. i know it sounds ridiculous, but you can literally turn into a giant crow and conjure waves of ice to destroy your enemies. it's hilarious and amazing, and i'm obsessed. i loveRead more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
