omg, you guys, i just found out that tormentum 2 is finally out! it's a sequel to this really cool point-and-click adventure game from way back, and it's inspired by the artwork of h.r. giger, who's like a legend in the dark fantasy world. if you're into that sort of vibe, you'll probably love this game.



so, tormentum 2 is all about being trapped in this simulated world that's totally gone haywire. the characters in the game are all glitchy and creepy, and they're talking about these ancient gods from other worlds. it's like, super eerie and fascinating at the same time. you have to navigate through these islands, solving puzzles and trying to figure out what's going on. and the best part is, there are multiple endings, so you can play it through a few times and get different results.



i'm really stoked that this game is a standalone, so you don't have to play the first one to get into it. although, if you are interested in checking out the original, it's on sale right now for a pretty deep discount. tormentum 2 is also on sale, but just for a limited time, so you might want to snag it sooner rather than later. preorders are available at major retailers, and there's even a demo if you want to try before you buy.
