so i just heard that project zomboid is getting a massive update after like, 13 years of being in development. i'm lowkey excited because i've always been fascinated by this game - it's like, an isometric survival game where you have to navigate a zombie-infested world and try to stay alive. the update is called build 42 and it's dropping on july 29th, which is pretty soon.

i've been checking out the steam forums and it seems like the devs have been working on this update for two whole years, with some smaller beta updates in between. they're calling it one of the biggest updates in the game's history, which is saying a lot considering it's been in early access since 2013. apparently, we can expect a bunch of new features like animal husbandry, revised crafting and building systems, and even some new areas to explore.
