omg, you guys, it's been 11 years since pillars of eternity first came out, and now it's getting a brand new turn-based combat mode. i'm super excited about this, as it's going to give the game a fresh feel, kinda like baldur's gate 3. i mean, who doesn't love a good turn-based combat system, right?



i've always been a fan of pillars of eternity, and this new mode is just going to make it even more awesome. the game is already pretty great, with its deep story and engaging characters, but this new combat mode is going to add a whole new layer of strategy to it. i'm imagining all the intense battles i'll get to have, carefully planning out each move and taking down my enemies one by one.



the best part is, this new mode is available on pc, so if you've already got the game, you can just update and start playing with the new combat system. preorders are available at major retailers, in case you haven't picked up the game yet. i'm not sure about other platforms, but i'm hoping it'll come to consoles soon too. that would be amazing, as i know a lot of my friends who don't have a pc would love to play it.
