omg, you guys, if you're as obsessed with zelda as i am, you're gonna flip out over this news - there's a brand new book all about the latest zelda game, tears of the kingdom, and it's called secrets of the zonai. i mean, who doesn't love getting insider info on their fave games, right?
so, this book is basically a deep dive into the world of tears of the kingdom, and it's being published by dark horse, who have done some amazing zelda books in the past. they're actually releasing two versions - a standard hardcover edition for $60, and a super fancy hero edition for $120 that's packed with extra goodies. i'm not gonna lie, i'm totally tempted to splurge on the hero edition, just because i love collecting special edition stuff.
anyway, both versions of the book are set to ship out on october 20, which is still a little ways off, but preorders are available now at major retailers. i'm definitely gonna be preordering mine asap, just so i can get my hands on it the second it's released. i've heard that dark horse books are always really high quality, with tons of beautiful artwork and behind-the-scenes info, so i'm expecting big things from this one.
i think what i'm most excited about, though, is just getting to learn more about the world of tears of the kingdom. i mean, the game itself is already so immersive and amazing, but to get to see all the concept art and design notes that went into creating it? that's just, like, the ultimate fan experience. has anyone else preordered their copy yet, or is it just me who's freaking out over this?Read more: Full article on www.gamespot.com
