omg, you guys, xbox game pass is getting a major shakeup soon. like, a ton of games are about to disappear from the service, and i'm kinda sad about it. apparently, there are 11 titles that are leaving on july 15, including some pretty big names.

i'm talking about games like golf with your friends, stellaris, and shadow of the tomb raider - all of which i've spent hours playing. and, of course, there's ea sports fc 24, which i know some of my friends are obsessed with. but don't worry, it's not all bad news. if you want to keep playing any of these games after they leave game pass, you can snag them for 20% off before they're gone.

i did notice that powerwash simulator is leaving, but powerwash simulator 2 is sticking around, so that's a small silver lining. and, as a game pass subscriber, i'm always stoked to see new games added to the lineup. we already know that halo: campaign evolved is joining the party on july 28, but i'm waiting with bated breath to see what other new additions are coming our way.

preorders are available at major retailers, if you want to get your hands on some of these titles before they disappear. and, if you're curious about the full list of games that are leaving, it's pretty easy to find - just head to the xbox website and check out the "leaving soon" page. it's always a bummer to see games leave game pass, but at least we know that new ones are on the horizon.
