so i just heard that naughty dog was thinking about making a new uncharted game, like, a few years ago. this is pretty interesting to me because i've always loved the uncharted series, and i've been wondering what they'd do next after uncharted 4. apparently, they "floated the idea" of an uncharted 5 before the pandemic, which is kinda cool to think about.

i'm not sure what to make of this news, though. on the one hand, it's awesome that they were considering making another game in the series. on the other hand, it's been a while since then, and i'm not sure if those plans are still on the table. the reporter who shared this info, tom henderson, didn't have any more details about what the game would be about or what the story would be. which, of course, just makes me more curious.

i think it's pretty likely that if they do make an uncharted 5, it would feature cassie, nathan drake's daughter, as the main character. i mean, the ending of uncharted 4 set that up pretty nicely, with cassie finding her dad's old artifacts and whatnot. it would be really cool to see her go on her own adventures and become a treasure hunter like her dad. i can already imagine the gameplay and the stories they could tell with her as the protagonist.

preorders are available at major retailers, but like i said, we don't really know if this game is still happening. i'm gonna stay hopeful, though. the uncharted series has always been so much fun to play, with their crazy action sequences and beautiful graphics. if they do make another one, i'll definitely be picking it up. fingers crossedRead more: Full article on www.gamespot.com
