so, in crop, you're stuck on this homestead that's not exactly thriving, and you've got to figure out how to make it work to feed this village that's basically starving. it's not just about planting seeds and watering them, though - you've also got to investigate what's going on and how you even ended up there in the first place. i mean, it sounds kinda like a thriller, but with farming, which is kinda genius, right? you've got to balance all these different things, like organizing your crops and digging trenches and stuff, just to survive.

i'm really into the sound of this game, partly because it's single-player, which is my fave way to play. and, apparently, you've got to do all this upkeep on your land, like installing pumps and repairing equipment, just to keep it from falling apart. it's like, the land is literally rotting away, and you've got to stop it. preorders are available at major retailers, btw, so if you're as intrigued as i am, you can already get in on it.
