omg, you guys, thq nordic just dropped a showcase and it's packed with some really interesting games. i mean, we haven't had a ton of big gaming news lately, so this is a nice little surprise. it's not all about the huge, flashy titles, but instead they're focusing on some more niche genres and ip that are definitely going to scratch that gaming itch for some of you.

one of the first things that caught my eye was let's sing 2027 - i'm a total sucker for karaoke games, and this one looks like it's going to be a blast. they've got a bunch of popular songs, including some from ariana grande, and you can even sing along with or without the original vocals. plus, they're releasing an abba pack in november, which is perfect timing since it's the 50th anniversary of dancing queen. i can already imagine my friends and i belting out mamma mia at the top of our lungs.

pinball fx is another game that looks like a ton of fun - who doesn't love a good game of pinball, right? zen studios has put together a huge collection of tables, including some based on popular ip like peanuts and star wars. and the best part is, you can play it on pretty much any pc or console, so you can get your pinball fix wherever you are. i'm definitely going to have to check this one out and see how it compares to some of the other pinball games out there.
