omg you guys, have you been waiting to stream the super mario galaxy movie from the comfort of your own home? well, the wait is almost over - it's hitting peacock on july 30. i'm kinda surprised it's coming out so soon, but i'm not complaining or anything. i mean, who doesn't love a good mario movie?

so, this isn't the first time we've been able to watch it at home - it was already available on some premium video-on-demand services back in may, and it came out on blu-ray in june. but let's be real, streaming is just so much easier, you know? and peacock is a pretty cool platform, especially if you're into gaming movies. they've also got the super mario bros. movie, and some twisted metal tv shows, which is pretty neat.

if you haven't signed up for peacock yet, you can do so for just $8 a month, which isn't too bad. i'm thinking of checking it out just for all the mario content, tbh. and it's not like we're going to run out of nintendo movies anytime soon - there's a live-action legend of zelda movie coming out in 2027, and apparently an untitled nintendo animated movie is in the works for 2028. i'm a bit skeptical about the live-action zelda movie, but i'm definitely excited for more animated goodness.
