so i just heard about this crazy update for the soccer game rematch, and i'm still trying to wrap my head around it. basically, they just added a new skin that lets you play as a character who's almost completely naked - yeah, you read that right. it's called "the naturist" and it's clearly inspired by those wild streakers you sometimes see at sports events.

i have to admit, i'm a bit surprised by this update, but at the same time, it's kind of hilarious. i mean, who wouldn't want to play as a character who's basically running around in their birthday suit? it's like they took a cue from tobias funke, that infamous nevernude character from my favorite tv show. anyway, if you're interested in getting this skin, it's available in the game's store for 1,000 quants (which you can buy with real money) or 12,000 blocks, which you can earn by playing the game.

the timing of this update is pretty interesting, considering the men's world cup is currently underway. rematch also has a world cup-themed event called nations cup 2067, which is a bit of a mouthful - apparently, the developers couldn't use the actual world cup branding, so they just set the game in the future instead. it's not the only soccer game with a world cup update, though - ea's fc series also got a similar update, and if you're looking for an officially licensed world cup game, you can actually find one on netflix.
