omg, you guys, have you heard the latest about fifa heroes? it's like, totally crazy - they've added shrek and his friends to the game! i know, i know, it sounds weird, but trust me, it's actually kind of amazing. i mean, who wouldn't want to play soccer with an ogre, a talking cat, and a gingerbread man?

so, the new season pass just dropped and it includes shrek, fiona, puss in boots, gingy, pinocchio, and lord farquaad as playable characters. it's hilarious to see them on the field, and the combinations are endless - like, can you imagine shrek teaming up with messi? it's like a dream come true (or a total nightmare, depending on how you look at it). the only downside is that they're only available until august 10, which is pretty soon, so we need to make the most of it.

i'm a bit surprised they didn't include donkey, though - i mean, the guy's got four legs, that's gotta count for something, right? but i guess we can't have everything. anyway, this update comes just after the game's release on june 24, and it's also coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the first shrek movie. and, fun fact, shrek 5 is coming out in june 2027, so the franchise is still going strong.
