omg, you guys, have you heard about the upcoming persona 4 revival? i'm beyond hyped, and it's not just because i'm a huge fan of the series. apparently, the general producer, kazuhisa wada, just spilled some tea about the changes they're making to the game, and i am here for it.

so, it seems like the team is giving some of the characters a bit of a makeover, but not in a way that's going to change the core of who they are. they're just, like, tweaking some of the rough edges to make them more relatable and fitting for modern times. and, honestly, i think that's a great idea. i mean, some of the characters in the original game were a bit...problematic, to say the least.

yosuke, in particular, is getting a bit of a revamp. apparently, they're toning down some of his more insensitive comments and actions, which is definitely a good call. i remember playing the game for the first time and being like, "yosuke, what's wrong with you, dude?" but at the same time, i get why they're doing it. they want to make the game more inclusive and respectful, and that's something we can all get behind.

it's not like they're changing the story or the characters' personalities, though. they're just, like, refining the way they express themselves, which is cool. and, fun fact, it's not the first time they've done something like this. remember when they re-released persona 3 and changed that one scene that was super transphobic? yeah, they're just trying to make the game more welcoming to everyone, and i appreciate that.
