i've been playing mario kart 8 deluxe with my friends for ages, and it's still one of the most fun games to play together. but it's not just about the multiplayer - the game itself is so well-made and the tracks are all so unique and challenging. and it's not like it's just a one-time buy, either - we're always going back to it and trying to beat each other's scores. anyway, enough about that - the rest of the top five is pretty interesting too.
