so i just dove into the new riven tides update for arc raiders and i'm pretty stoked about all the fresh content. one quest in particular caught my eye - line in the sand. it's not set in the new coastal map like i expected, but instead takes you back to the buried city. i've spent a lot of time in this map already, but i'm not complaining since it's still super pretty and a blast to explore.
the quest itself is actually pretty chill, with no major roadblocks or frustrating bits. you'll just need to visit a few different spots on the map, which might involve a bit of running around. but hey, at least you get to enjoy the scenery, right? the objectives are all pretty straightforward and update automatically when you reach the right location, so you don't have to worry about missing anything important.
one thing that's really nice about line in the sand is that you can complete it with whatever gear you like - whether that's a free kit or your own customized loadout. and since you don't need to extract anything, you can just focus on completing the quest without any extra hassle. i love that the devs are giving us the freedom to play how we want, you know? it makes the whole experience feel way more relaxed and fun.
preorders are available at major retailers, but if you're already playing arc raiders, you can just dive into the riven tides update and start exploring the new quests. i'm definitely looking forward to checking out more of the new content and seeing what other adventures await in the buried city and beyond. overall, line in the sand is a solid addition to the game - not super challenging, but still a fun little excursion that's worth checking out.Read more: Full article on www.gamespot.com
