so i just got word that limited run games is trying to turn over a new leaf. they've been in the hot seat for a while now, with people calling them out for using subpar materials in their game releases and having some pretty shady business practices. but with their old ceo out of the picture, it seems like the new management is trying to make things right with their customers.

i've preordered from limited run before, and let's be real - delays are pretty much a given at this point. it's like, you know it's gonna happen, but it's still super frustrating when you get that email saying your game is gonna be late. again. but according to this latest email they sent out, they're trying to get their act together and give people more realistic release dates. they're basically admitting that they've been overly optimistic in the past and that's led to a bunch of disappointment.
