omg, have you guys heard about the upcoming halo game? it's called halo: campaign evolved and it's basically a remake of the original halo: combat evolved from back in 2001. i'm super stoked because it's not only coming to xbox and pc, but also playstation 5 - which is a huge deal since halo has been an xbox exclusive for like, forever.

so, the release date is set for the end of july, with early access starting on july 23 for people who buy the premium or collector's edition. unfortunately, the collector's edition is already sold out, but if you're willing to shell out $70 for the premium edition, you'll get to play the game five days before everyone else. i'm not sure if it's worth the extra cash, but i guess it depends on how much of a halo fan you are.

the game is getting a global launch, which means it'll be available in all regions at the same time. i think that's really cool, because it means we can all play together and share our experiences without having to worry about spoilers or waiting for it to be released in our area. the official release times have been announced, with the game dropping on july 28 for most of us. if you're in a different time zone, you might be able to get your hands on it a bit earlier or later, but don't worry, it's not like you'll be waiting forever or anything.
