i'm totally with him on this, btw. there's just something so special about having a physical copy of a game that you can hold in your hands and display on your shelf. and, let's be real, it's not like downloadable games are going away or anything, so why not give players the option to choose? hamaguchi seems to think that physical media is a "wonderful culture" that would be a shame to lose, and i couldn't agree more.
