omg, you guys, have you heard that an elden ring movie is in the works? it's being made by a24 and alex garland, who's like, super acclaimed and stuff. i'm lowkey excited to see how they're gonna bring the world of elden ring to the big screen. and, of course, with any big movie release comes the obligatory movie merch - including the infamous popcorn bucket.

i was browsing online and i saw that some fans are totally stoked about the idea of using iron fist alexander as the official popcorn bucket for the movie. at first, i thought it was kinda weird, but the more i think about it, the more it makes sense. i mean, can you imagine munching on some buttery popcorn out of a jar that's literally a character from the game? it's like, this weird mix of cute and creepy that i am totally here for.

but, let's be real, it's also kinda morbid. i mean, iron fist alexander is a living jar with big dreams of becoming a warrior, so using him as a popcorn bucket is basically like... eating out of his dead body. it's a pretty dark joke, but hey, if it's gonna be a thing, i'm gonna roll with it. preorders are available at major retailers, so if you're as extra as i am, you can already start planning your movie snacks.
