so i just heard that diablo 4's season 14 is here, and it's bringing some major changes to the game's endgame grind. specifically, the whole gem situation just got a lot less painful, which is awesome news for anyone who's been stuck farming the same dungeon for hours on end. i mean, who hasn't been there, right?
basically, the new season introduces some tweaks to how gems work, making it easier to get your hands on the really powerful ones. in the past, you had to craft these super rare gems using the horadric cube's amalgamation recipe, which was a total slog. you'd have to run the same dungeon over and over, just to get the gems you needed to convert into the good stuff. but now, it seems like blizzard's made some changes to make the whole process less monotonous.
one of the big changes is that you'll find more gem fragments in higher difficulty levels, like torment x and above. this means you won't have to spend as much time farming seer's reach, which is a total blessing. plus, the gem conversion recipes at the jeweler have been simplified, so you'll need fewer types of gems to convert them. it's all about making the grind more manageable, you know?
i'm also curious to see how the changes to mythic items will play out. apparently, they've got more random affixes now, which could make it way harder to get the perfect item. but at the same time, blizzard's trying to make the game more interesting and challenging in the long run, so i guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all works out. preorders are available at major retailers, if you're interested in checking itRead more: Full article on www.gamespot.com
