so i just got into starfield on my ps5 and i'm super stoked about exploring this whole new universe, but it seems like the launch has been kinda rocky. i mean, we all know bethesda games can be a bit glitchy at times, but this one's been having some major issues - players are reporting all sorts of bugs and crashes that are making the game pretty much unplayable.

i've been seeing a lot of posts about people's ps5 consoles just freezing up or crashing hard, and it's not just the base model - both the regular and pro versions are having problems. i feel pretty bad for the people who are experiencing this, especially since some of them are saying they can't even progress through the game because of these glitches. it's like, you're all excited to start playing and then bam, the game just stops working.

but the good news is that bethesda's aware of all these issues and they're working on a hotfix to release later this week. they said they've figured out what's causing the problems and are addressing them, which is a relief. i'm glad they're taking steps to fix this, because i've been having a blast playing starfield when it's working properly - the graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay's so immersive.
