so, you guys know how battlefield 6 got some flak for not having those massive, epic maps we all love? well, it looks like the devs have been listening, because they're about to drop some seriously huge maps on us. i'm talking bigger than anything we've seen so far in the game, which is pretty exciting if you're a fan of the series like i am.

apparently, season 3 is going to introduce the largest map yet, called railway to golmud. it's actually a reimagining of a classic map from battlefield 4, but this time it's set in tajikistan and it's going to be massive - we're talking nearly four times the size of the current biggest map, mirak valley. that's a pretty big deal, and i'm stoked to see how it plays out. i mean, who doesn't love a good tank battle or a intense firefight across a giant map?

i have to say, i'm impressed that the devs are taking player feedback to heart like this. it's not always easy to make changes to a game after it's been released, but it looks like they're really committed to making battlefield 6 the best it can be. and with an even larger map planned for season 4, it seems like they're just getting started. preorders are available at major retailers, if you're interested in checking it out for yourself.
