so i just heard the funniest thing about anya taylor-joy, the actress who's voicing princess peach in the new mario movie. apparently, there's been this rumor going around that she barfed the first time she tried voicing peach, which is just kind of hilarious and relatable, you know? i mean, who hasn't had a super embarrassing moment like that at some point?

but anyway, it turns out that's not actually what happened. anya taylor-joy recently clarified that she didn't throw up while voicing peach, but she did have a pretty rough time with voice acting in general when she first started out. she said it was just a really new and overwhelming experience for her, and it made her feel pretty sick. which, fair enough, i can imagine it would be pretty tough to just jump into voice acting like that.
