omg, you guys, i've been waiting for this moment for like, forever - the console-exclusive dlc for saints row 2 from 2009 is finally playable on pc. i mean, who needs gta 6 when we can get our hands on this vintage goodness? the dlc packs, called ultor exposed and corporate warfare, were originally released for xbox 360 and playstation 3, and they added a bunch of new missions, vehicles, and customization options to the game.

apparently, the mods were all about taking down the evil corporation ultor, which is also a part of the red faction series. and, fun fact, one of the npcs was voiced by tera patrick - yeah, it was 2009, and things were pretty wild back then. anyway, the third dlc pack, the unkut pack, added over 60 extra customization options, because who doesn't love more ways to customize their character?

but here's the thing - if you played saints row 2 on pc back in the day, you were out of luck when it came to getting these dlc packs. the game was buggier on pc, and you just couldn't get your hands on that sweet balding mullet hairstyle. that is, until now. a team of modders has created a mod that includes all the singleplayer components of the dlc packs, and it's available for download. they're calling it a day on the multiplayer stuff for now, but you can still play the new missions in co-op, which is pretty cool.

so, if you want to get your hands on this mod, you'll need to make sure you have a clean save and the juiced patch 9.0.0+ installed.Read more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
