omg, you guys, the director of the new resident evil movie just shared the scariest scene from the games that freaked him out, and i am totally here for it. apparently, zach cregger was playing resident evil village in vr (which, btw, is already a recipe for disaster if you ask me) when he stumbled upon this super creepy scene in a dollhouse.
so, from what i gathered, the scene takes place in the basement of this dollhouse, where you have to assemble some giant doll on a table. sounds harmless, right? wrong. because then this huge, terrifying baby starts chasing you, and i can only imagine how scary it must be in vr. cregger himself said the sounds the baby made, combined with the lights cutting out, made for a really disturbing experience.
i can totally see why this scene would be so unsettling, though. i mean, who isn't afraid of creepy dolls and babies, right? and the fact that you have to hide under a bed to escape it just adds to the fear factor. i haven't played resident evil village myself, but now i'm kind of curious to see how scary it really is. has anyone else played it? what did you think of that scene?
anyway, it's pretty cool that the director is a fan of the games and isn't afraid to share his own fears and experiences. it gives me hope that the new movie will be just as intense and spooky as the games. preorders are available at major retailers, btw, so if you're excited about the movie, you can already get ready for it.Read more: Full article on www.gamespot.com
